Blue Agave: Traditional Supernatural Gastronomique

Blue Agave is an elegantly decorated two-story restaurant with a famous
bar noted for its excellent martinis, mojitos, inventive cocktails and
a wide range of tequilas and mescals served by a joyous staff.

Blue Agave features an inventive rustic menu made with the finest
ingredients from local farms practicing organic sustainable methods.
All meats are natural free range along with seafoods wild and super
fresh. From its inception in 1995 Blue Agave has subscribed to the Slow Food Movement.

Owner Gabi Barysch-Crosbie and Serafin Ruiz describe the menu as "Continental
Drift".

Blue Agave was voted by locals repeatedly Most Romantic Restaurant in Santa Barbara.
The furnishings are cozy with intimate booths, a fireplace lounge, outdoor balcony, eclectic music and visionary art.
